More practice of chibi chars.

Patche's and Flandre's costumes were last minute additions. I felt they are the most likely to be using the Internet and know of VTubers, so I snuck in some few reference with their designs.
For those curious, Patchouli is dressed up as Millie Parfait, and Flandre is dressed as Kanata Amane (using her latest costume).
