Oh, that's easy! In the episode, While they were cooking the fish that Kohta had caught, Shizuka and the gang begin to feel dizzy and drowsy too. Suddenly Shizuka realizes that the dry leaves that they using for the for the fire was actually "Hydrangea" a plant with intoxicating properties which induces hallucinations. Soon the entire gang (except for Alice who is somewhere else on the island) begin hallucinating. Rei, Shizuka and Saya attempt to seduce Takashi and want to have sex with him, while Kohta goes around yelling about a revolution. Takashi is saved by an apparently unaffected Saeko, with whom he escapes with. The two go to a remote region of the island and Saeko seduces Takashi, kissing him. Takashi begins removing her bikini top and fondles her breasts. and from there on you know the rest that happens if you seen the episode yourself.

Well to put it straightforward and simple, everyone in that episode (except Alice) was affected by the plant's intoxicating effect.
Everyone was hallucinating, Saya hallucinated that Shizuka was her mother, Shizuka hallucinated that Saya was her best friend.
Kohta of course was hallucinating too while humping a boomstick yelling out "Revolution" and what not.
Now the part where Rei and Saeko are making out, that was all part of the hallucination effect too, In fact while being affected by the plant
they had no idea they were making and moaning out Takashi's name.
Well, at the first few seconds, it looked like Saeko was not affected by the plant or she resisted the effect as best she could, but anyway, she was affected by the plant too.
the effect cause her to seduce Takashi and kiss him so passionately and Takashi, he was affected too and he went on top of Saeko made out with her.
So, to put it in other words a cluster of things happened to the gang because of that intoxicating plant they were using to cook the fish.

3.) Well, honestly, it's difficult to say if they really did or not, judging by how the scene was implied in that moment
when the screen faded black, it really left you to imagine up the rest in your head. So maybe they did it or not. I think they probably did, make out at least.
4) Well, of course, Rei loves Takashi, ever since kindergarden. She even promised to marry him someday.
So if you ask me if she truly loves him the answer would be pretty obvious, because in the manga and anime she does love Takashi.

It's most likely to suspect by the severity of the bite.
When Hisashi was attacked, he had a layer of clothing protecting his arm.
So it's safe to say that the bite didn't get very deep. Hence why he was able to last an entire episode (maybe several hours)
before he started spitting blood and succumbing to death and be turned into one of "them"
On the other hand, Tejima-sensei from earlier in the first episode took a large bite directly on his arm.
He was zombified almost instantly (under 1 minute).
So, how long it takes to be turned into one of them after being bitten mostly likely varies

For me, the best scene that I like so much was the scene wear the girls strip down to their panties and get ready to take a bath in the bathroom, that was really nice and entertaining to watch.
