I have not posted anything in ages, so I thought the day previous to mother's day would be a good one to break the silence.Sorry about the lack of activity, I'm still alive but I have too many things going on and besides, it takes me hours to draw a single sketch as of late. Not good for productivity.
Title based on a sort of recurring anime joke, but it's obviously less boobs-themed here.

The joke goes: Women's breasts are filled with/made of hopes and dreams (or some variation).
To be fair, I have only seen it here and there, and mainly in screen captures (fansubs), but they all look genuine.

I picked the title because Mai's breasts (hopes and dreams) grow with her pregnancy. But Mai's pregnancy fills her with hopes and dreams to begin with, so the title fits two-ways.
