Haha, this is so sloppy
In any case, I needed to get a colour reference of Dour up, so here is one. It's just really hastily flat coloured, that's all. It's still functional.
I really liked his mane until I coloured it in.

They're just like horn stubs. If you look at my character Grimm, they're in the same spots as hers except really small. And there's one in the centre of his back, too.
