Now for the last starter and the water starter, Smolphin. The design and the name was given to me by someone else and I really liked it for how I concieved of all the starters but I made this design back in 2021 and now in Scarlet Violet we have a Dolphin Pokemon and a Pokemon with Smol in its name.Smolphin is based off a pool floatie and the name is Small+Dolphin
