Description
I love mythology from all cultures because of how they spark the imagination. In the Hindu epic called Ramayna, Rama's brother Lakshmana gets wounded in battle, and the only thing that can save his life is a herb called Sanjeevani (the life giver). Hanuman (the monkey god) is sent to the mountain where it grows but when he arrives he doesn't know what the herb looks like and is running out of time...Here I tried to portray the moment when Hanuman grows into a giant and plucks the entire mountain for Lakshmana.
