Ahhhh! Sorry for being so inactive lately. I've had the hardest time actually making some decent art. But hopefully that will all change now. I'm working on a duck stamp at the moment and just finished up this drawing last night.
12" X 9" prismacolor on smooth bristol. Refs from the WetCanvas RIL and myself. Enjoy!

The only thing I would change is to soften the left ear so the connection with the mist in the backgound would be easyer to make. Hope you don't take this the wrong way. I love this drawing very much!!

Our left, on that side the light is te brightest and fades away into the background, the mist. But the ear on that side is dark, even a little darker than the other ear. So I think if you would soften that ear a little bit the drawing would become even stronger than it is now. And it is already very strong!!

Ah, okay, I see. Both ears are actually the same darkness (I completed the head first) and the reason that is, is because the bear's head is the closest to us. So both ears should be the same shade, since the whole head is out of the mist.

It is your drawing and you make it the way you want and if the head is all out of the mist it make sense.
