Just a portrait of Mardus, who will be one of the nemesis of my players in the new Campaign of Dragonlance that I'm DMing. Took a reference for his face (a model, Markus... Something... can't remember well) but the rest is by me, no references
At last I take a step and did contrast deeper in the shadings About 6 hours, 2H, 2B lead pencils...And, BTW, I wanted to make someone who looks handsome, or simply atractive... You know, anyone under the orders of Kitiara, the Blue Dragon Highlord must have a little bit of charimsa xD. Now Arisha (~Bayra 's PC) -> [link] <- wants to take a step on him... and maybe some more

Charisma is a funny thing in second edition at least. Everyone makes it their lowest score because it doesn't give any real noticeable benefits unless you play creatively but to artists who play we become so very much aware of the effects of charisma. And of course all good (errr bad?) antagonist characters have to have 6million hitpoints and maximum charisma! I think charisma is very important for NPCs, it makes them memorable. Anyhow this turned out really nice, it reminds me of back in 1st edition when there was a lot of black and white art

Yes, that's right, I know some people that get their lowest score for charisma, because they don't like the interaction and the role-playing (which I like LOTS). I like my NPCs with high charisma, as you say, they makes them memorable and I like that
LOL! He will need it, I think he is gooing to have low dexterity or so 
Not much magic items inventory in Dragonlance and less in the Age of Despair xD so, dunno what to do about that hum...
But, for more things that follow around him... maybe a Blue Dragon? (must think about it) That substitute any magic item for better things xD
