Okay I like all of them but my faves are Gwen and Miranda.

Miranda's cat expression is awesome, and also I like her little soft hair and the details in it ^A^ I get the feeling she's badass.

Gwen's a little absentminded. She's... sometimes she seems even autist xD And has trust-problems. And I love her hair and I wanna have a coat made out of her hair. And I'm sick. Period.
Mark.... REALLY LOKI. He owns a motorbike. A very old Vespa. You totally got him lol
Also indeed, Ray is creepy. And I love the "monstruous" adjective, actually. It fits him. Also that's the side everybody sees. He's got a sweet side that just one person in particular knows, but that's another story xD
And Miranda is a bamf. And my dear slut xD Actually when she had no name I just named her Slutty. (They were MainChara, RetroBoy, RadarBoy, Slutty and MyBeastMan.) xD
And John. I don't know if he's very cuddly, but he's friendly once you dare to talk to him xD

Awww I love these. Their expressions have so much character. If you don't mind I was wondering what kind of computer program you use XD I'm trying to find one that I can draw with as well as I draw traditionally... but I really have no idea where to start.

Also, the program I'm using now is Photoshop CS5. You could try Gimp, by the way, it's practically the same and it's a free software! ^^

:3 thank you the last program I bought was years ago CS2 XD it feels like I'm drawing through water so I only really use it for coloring, but I really like all the styles I'm seeing that are drawn digitally, but I really need to update my programs...

Oh, but CS2 is good as well, I used it before I got CS5 ^^
You just gotta look for tutorials (just type "lineart tutorial", "colouring tutorial" and all that jazz), dA is full of them, really, they helped me a lot! ^^
