It's a story I've been working on lately. It's about a group of Benin warriors and citizens who get sucked into a portal and wind up in various times/realms. The rift is triggered by a great evil. This same evil captured the Oba of Benin as a sacrifice years prior. The Oba's son, the edaiken, is the leader of the group. Eventually, they meet up with Hasina, an Ancient Egyptian hero and she becomes part of the action. Together, they journey to find the Oba and a way home as well as to rid the evil empire from existence.
