We were asked to design and screen-print a poster for JohnnyCupcake's Grand opening of his new store in Boston. If anyone is in or around boston you should stop by, i think he'll be giving these posters away (they're huge! 18x24in)!Details:

haha, i can see that, except im pretty sure print mafia uses 100% vintage clipart, and for the most part I hand illustrate my posters. But too each its own I suppose.

yeah, we have a sheet of plywood with a couple of hinge clamps screwed onto it, this acts as our all purpose manual press, haha.

inventive. i had to make my own platten for my press to print posters. your way is probably a lot lot lot easier.

what would you need a platen for? Isnt a platen for tshirt printing? The piece that slips inside the shirt?

So neat I like all those cupcakes in the background, the octopus-like character is such a good creature to use for a Cupcake Ad it's so different
