It was fun to start with a silhouette ad add the lighting afterwards. Building from dark to light...

This was used for a CD package!

Great work! I don't know the band, but it makes me think about the characters of Antonio Banderas and his pals in Desperado.
Do you directly work on screen or do you create a first version on paper?

Thanks mate... yeah it has that 'Desperado' feel!
In this case i drew directly in Adobe Illustrator with mouse clicks (i shortly after discovered Wacom tablets & pens which made life a lot easier)
