Wow! The eye is all crazy-like! looks as if it was done in a wide-angled lense.

This is once again very good work! You must have super-shading powers, with how good you are at it! I only have one thing to point out, which I'm probably sure you have already noticed:
the lip ring is slightly off from the picture. However, I would like to say that removing the sparklies from your pic is a great improvement!!!

oh, believe me, anyone who has the dedication and skill to learn what you have done deserves props! <3

oh, and sparklies = the glitter on the original girl's face. I know it looks cute on little girls, but on anything preteen and up, it looks so tacky to me.
