- Minor Fire Manipulation: mostly in the form of fire breath. She can also generate fire from her hands, though these are less impressive flames and don't do much aside from looking pretty. All her fire is a lime green and her body temp is unnaturally warm.
- Dragonskin: this grants Jo a very strong resistance to fire, and her skin is quite tough and difficult to pierce as well. Also feels kinda like a snake/shark combination.
- Dragon form: she can take a draconic form that is roughly 8 feet tall when standing, but much longer than that due to her tail.
- Enhanced Athletics: strength and physical abilities beyond those of a normal human. Includes being able to jump large distances.

Jo almost always wears a smile on her face, likewise she's almost always planning something. She seems to be in a good mood constantly, which is often meant to be a little disarming or to get people to trust her. If her "friendly" smile doesn't get her anywhere, she whips out the big guns and starts going for intimidation. She's the kind of person that knows what she wants and she's gonna go all out to get it, to hell with anyone that gets in her way. She'll do whatever she's gotta do to get what she wants, if it means the claws come out then so be it. She keeps up the act of charming while she's trying to get something, but becomes more blunt when she's being true to herself and is sure she won't spoil her own plans.

She's very loud and likes to party HARD, like, really hard. So hard, she often leaves a mess in her wake. She's very skilled at breaking things, usually it's intentional when she does break stuff, either by simply smashing things OR by taking things apart piece by piece. Probably the one to start a bar fight, just for funsies. She loves chaos, and she loves even more so to cause problems for those who have wronged her (or those she THINKS have done so, whether or not they actually have).

⋆She decided to get into auto repairs out of pure spite. And part of that spite was to learn how to literally dismantle someone's car because they insulted her.

She was cast out of her community a hundred years ago over a dispute with the elders. She's not too broken up over this because "they're all stuck up assholes anyways" and actually feels like it's the best thing that's happened. Her life previously was too boring, and she felt that the community's elders were far too restrictive on what was accepted and what wasn't in the community. Her and her friends caused too much trouble one too many times, and an example had to be made of the small group of troublemakers. She doesn't know or even care to know how things are with her people nowadays, as she doubts anything has changed since she's been gone.

After a bit of wandering (and taking quite a few courses over the years) she made her way to Indieville and settled down, ready to cause more trouble in a new place. And maybe steal some cars n stuff.

Uh, she's a mean girl, and not really into romantic mushy stuff. Casual relationships, sure, though. It's also real hard to earn her friendship due to how she just is, but you're welcome to try.
