The Rainbow Creature is a monster that batman and robin fought in the 70s. Rather Obscure even for DC Comics having only one significant role in one comic. Its powers are rather unusually. Each colored section of its body has a different power. But the power drains unless he absorbs the corresponding powers from its surroundings. Apparently this monster was candidate for James Gunn's The Suicide Squad. I see him as taking a King Shark role on the team as the muscle.
