I don't eat the ramen noodles, but they certainly are popular.  Add hot water and your meal is ready in 3 minutes, folks!

It was a joke on pronunciation of the food stuffs, but ( I hope ) at least the reference to Datsun / Nissan was not lost. A lot of todays kids have no clue the companies are/were one and the same.
