more cityscapes, more cats. this time the setting is less turbulent and much more mellow.
I'm still grappling for free time, but the moment I have a sufficient amount I'll make the watcher giveaway journal! keep an eye out.

I have never done art for any game that is currently on the market. I was recruited by a small indie group to do some of the art for a game, but we've hit a bit of a wall lately due to busy schedules.

name is still pending. we're only in the very beginning stages of making it. it's mostly just a thought and concept sketches at this point. it's been a few months since I've been asked for a progress report, and while I suspect there will be more progress come summer we're kinda doing our own things right now.
we plan on having our own tumblr, twitter, and possibly facebook for updates though, and I can let you know if/when those go up!

Most of our cats are rescues from bad owners or rescues from the streets because there's a lot where I live so we take them in ; v ; I'm guessing you rescued one of your cats as well?Β

one cat (my mom's) is named Chloe. she was rescued from a shelter. she's a tortie and she's crazy af lmao.
myyyy cat is Bian! I found her on a walk with my dog. she was a stray, and although she was scared of me at first I just sat down on the ground until she came near me. after about an hour I was able to pet her. then I walked home and said "if you follow me and come to my house I can feed you." and she did.
she was so starved I could feel all of her ribs, tail segments, and could see a visible dip in her sides. I fed her and I made a house for her with my dad because she was a stray and was too scared to come into out home. she would hiss and scream at anyone but me for awhile.
now she's a healthy size, much more friendly to my family, and comes inside! her malnutrition has left her with permanent brain damage and physical oddities, but she's safe and healthy as can be! she really made an amazing comeback. <3

2. Smores (I saved her. Someone's friend's sister had gotten this kitten and within a week grew bored of her and tossed her outside during winter because she had flees and was ''too hard to take care of'' it was very cold outside and she was so small. Thankfully people fed her and then the people moved and left her there in the cold with nothing. I called my aunt and she agreed that we should take in the kitten and thus I snatched her up once I gained her trust and took her home with me. She had so many flees and the poor thing was so hungry //BUT NOW SHE'S AN ASSHAT TOWARDS US LIKE WOW YOU UNGRATEFUL WORM I SAVED YOU//Β
3. Felicia (Shy black kitty that will snuggle into your shoulder when you pick her up. She's the only cat who will let you pick her up with no objections towards it;our other cats for some reason just don't like it )Β
4. Scarf (My sister's gray cat...recently he was ran over by a car but by sheer luck he survived and only his pelvic was broken and had road rash. He was lucky to have even survived,but he'll always have a limp and they could do nothing about it. He recovered quite quickly and enjoyed his time being inside)Β
5. Tripes (A FAT LAZY TABBY CAT WHO DOES NOTHING BUT WHINE AND COMPLAIN. LITERALLY IF YOU TOUCH HER SHE SHRIEKS AND SHE SOUNDS LIKE A DYING WHALE)Β
6. What (His name is literally What //snorts// he's a Siamese cute cat who often jumps up on counters and has to be put out because of that. He's so use to being placed outside that he just doesn't bother jumping out of your arms LOL. His dad's name was Who)Β
7. Baby girl (A silky long furred black cat who's really old)Β
8. Cailey (A FAT OLD SAT WHO SLEEPS IN THE BATHROOM CLOSET AND SLEEPS ON YOUR CLOTHES. She also watches you shower //sweats// like kitty please look away AND SHE'S A CALICO )Β
9. Kitty baby (FAT WHITE CAT WHO'S REALLY MOODY)Β
10. Tinkiwinks (A calico cat who's slightly deformed and walks funny because my cousin sat on her by accident when she was a kitten. She's a little..off now ; o ; )Β
11. Sally (Old tabby cat who gets bullied a lot by the other cats for some reason)Β
12. Mr. Whiskers (Old tabby cat)Β
13. Gray cat (A MEAN GRAY CAT WHO COMES AND STAYS AND FREAKING HOGS THE FOOD AND FIGHTS THE CAT NAMED WHAT AND MR.WHISKERS. HE'S SUCH A BULLY )Β
14. Ruby (A plump lil tabby kitten who seriously loves food. Her head is too small for her fat little body BUT SHE'S SO CUTE //CRIES// AND HER MEW IS SO HIGH PITCHED )Β
15. Trudy (Her nickname is Trudy Poody or Poods. SHE'S SO AFFECTIONATE BUT MY GOD IT'S ANNOYING)Β

;;; Oh my god she was starving so much that she has brain damage and oddities? That's horrible! This is another reason why my aunt takes in cats. Unless they know how to hunt chances are they'll starve and it's so sad?? Like we live in warm houses and they're out there in the cold and it's so upsetting. I'm glad there's people like you who actually care enough about animals to shelter one ; o ; //AAA I BET SHE'S SUCH A HAPPY AND PLUMP KITTY NOW // < 33 PET HER FOR MEΒ

also I'm so sorry about Sebastian and Custard. there's always that risk with cats who live outdoors and it's a very unfortunate happening. you gave them both good lives and provided them with everything they needed <3
also yeahhhh it was very, very bad. I was actually surprised she was still moving and able to walk. ALSO I DEFO WILL PET HER FOR U SHE'S A BAB if u pet her neck she will lean into you so you can pet her harder haha.

ANY CAT IS A GOOD CAT. Though I prefer quite loveable kitties who let me love on them and I will say Smores has gotten really aggressive for a neutered feline. She won't let you pick her up for very long without growling/hissing and only will come to you to cuddle if she finds a spot on you that's comfortable. She lets me pet her when she's sleeping on me though ;; v ;;
I couldn't leave her there it really bothered me tbh. Especially with how winters are so unpredictable here. It could be sunny one day and then snowing the next or storming. The weather is unpredictable

It's fine though I will admit I still kind of mourn over them and for awhile it was weird not having them around because I was so use to having them around. Their personalities were so different from the other cats ;;; it's still kind of difficult,but unfortunately when you live next to a busy road like I do then it's bound to happen. The cats seem to be smart enough to stay away,but Sebastian was one of those cats who liked to cross the road to get to the field for some mice hunting. Sebastian was a beautiful silky solid black cat with bright green eyes. Custard was a very light sandy cat who was mellow and often looked depressed;I called him ''Yellow Mellow'' quite a bit because of how gentle he was It makes me sad to think about the dead cats I've owned Β
We have pet beds,toys,scratching posts,boxes specifically for the cats,and so much more for the cats so that they don't get bored or want somewhere warm to sleep ; v ; //THOUGH MY CAT BOO ALWAYS CHOOSES THE BACK OF THE CHAIR TO SLEEP IN INSTEAD OF A NICE BED LIKE WHY BOO WHY//Β
