Quaasar Shiverfrost is a Shadowsky officer. He's quiet and tends to lurk in the background, not particularly enjoying being the center of the attention. The others find him fairly unremarkable. That's not to say he has done anything bad, he just hasn't done anything particularly noteworthy either. He doesn't enjoy fighting, so he will often choose to patrol the side of their region that borders none of the others. His brightly colored paws make him stand out in their region more than he would like.
