Eris (The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy): Eris is the Goddess of Discord and Chaos. She is portrayed as a curvaceous and beautiful, but vindictive, blonde-haired woman with a gap in her teeth. A divine sadist, Eris likes to cause all kinds of chaos and destruction.
Ice Queen (Adventure Time): The Ice Queen is the fictional gender-swapped version of the Ice King. She has winter/ice-related powers like Ice King, which originates from her tiara, and she's is far more cruel, evil, and aggressive.

Ice Queen. Eris has that dumb popular/crazy teen girl look that kills it for me. But Ice Queen has a sort of dominant but gentle madam feel to me. Plus she actually looks prettier to me. So Ice Queen all the way.
