Tigris is one of the characters that appear in the mockingjay (and mockingjay part 2).
Tigris, was once a prized stylist in the Hunger Games (Katniss recognized her from
previous years’ broadcast) is now (in mockingjay) a shopkeeper selling
fur-lined clothes in a small shop in the Capitol. Her appearance radically
altered to resemble a tiger, she was presumably fired from her job by Pres. Snow
for being far to altered to appear on TV in the Games.
