Just a little preview of my Sebastian Michaelis cosplay, of Kuroshitsuji. The wig is the only thing I have done for him so far -- but, dang, I love that thing. And yes, I will be ordering red contacts! Don't have them yet, obviously, but I'm sure I'll post a little something as soon as I do. Can't wait to get the rest of this cosplay done!Side note: I was in fact fully clothed when I took this picture. Definitely wasn't actually shirtless. Wearing a tank top, with the straps hanging down my arms. Sebastian just isn't one of those characters you can closet cosplay, though... So faux shirtlessness seemed like the right way to go.

I actually bought the pre-styled wig from someone in the marketplace on cosplay.com. Then promptly washed all the styling products out of it, trimmed the bangs properly, and wound up with this lovely thing.
The only bad thing about that is that I can't really point you in the right direction as far as base wigs go... But I certainly wish you luck, if you're in the market for one! It's such an odd hairstyle, so it's a bit difficult to shop for. As long as you get a wig with plenty of fiber on top, though, you should be fine.

Nope! Washing all the crap out of it was the hardest bit. That's the bad thing about getting a prestyled wig. But, once it was finally clean, all I had to do was cut the weird bangs-ish part into it, and then it was done! So it was all more than worth it, in the end~ I couldn't be happier with it.
