Description So, These Are More Skeleton Adopts, And, Well... They Are Gonna Be More Expensive Than Normal, So- It May Be Hard To Get Rid Of Them. Not Just Because Of Design, But Also Due To Some... Special Capabilities.

And They Are Outcodes. Desperate And In Need Of A Home.
