Okay first off? Yes the Titans were bad and yes the Federation did have corrupt leaders. HOWEVER. You know what Zeon did? Kill BILLIONS of people and manipulated MOST of it's own all in the name of supposed FREEDOM. The first shots were fired by Zeon. They were the ones who attacked and murdered Amuro Ray's family. THEY were the ones who were going to drop Axis on Earth. So while the Federation had it's ups and downs? At least they weren't selfish monsters. The Titans were bad but at least had some decency except for one or two but I'd rather take the Titans over Haman the self centered bitch.

Sure the Zabi Family (the real villains of Zeon) were ruthless and despotic actions that were chosen by the family members when in power before and during the One Year War. So Yeah, that may be the case but from what I seen from the gundam: the origin 1 through 3, the Federation were still the bastards way before and after The One Year. Sure before the OYW the relationship between the Federation and the Republic of Zeon were already strain as it is, the Feddies just kept making it worst for the people of Side 3.  And from what I seen in Gundam Unicorn when they revealed contents of Laplace's Box, it really shows how much of a conniving bastard the Federation really is. It's no wonder why they did everything they could to try to retrieved it and hide it away or destroy it because they knew if the original charter was known to the public it would destroy the current Earth Federation government. The true level of corruption would become apparent and its reign over the Earth Sphere would be brought to an end. the Federation had chosen to rule over those living in space to the point of oppression, causing countless 'spacenoids' to gained a negative view of the Federation. Also, the Laplace Incident was the primary excuse for the Federation's consolidating its grip over space (under the pretense of terrorism prevention), in turn through blame being placed on radical space colonists. Not to all replicas of the charter were modified by George Marcenas and his followers to better suit their ideology. Among these modifications was the removal of the final sub-article in its 7th Chapter: In the future, should the emergence of a new space-adapted human race be confirmed, the Earth Federation shall give priority to involving them in the administration of the government. This sub-article would have guaranteed the human inhabitants of space representation in the fledgling Earth Federation, and the removal contributed directly to the oppression of the spacenoids which would eventually lead up to the scores of independence wars and conflicts that riddled the Universal Century. 

So with that said, Zeon may have "fired the first shots", but it was the fucking Federation who made the first steps 100 years prior to the events that lending up to the One Year War. So I would rather be with the Principality of Zeon then to be part of a group who have been led by corrupt government that has been around for over 100 years.

Zeon dropped colonies on cities that were highly populated and were compared to space NAZIS. The Federation, though corrupt, at least never stooped to that fucking level. I'd rather die then be part of a group that equates to being led by space fucking Hitler.

Oh, please, The Titans attempted drop a spacd colony on the lunar city Von Braun and worst still they were using G3 gas in the "Colony 30 Incident" during the Gryps Conflict. They attempted to deploy G3 Gas several times throughout the Gryps Conflict with the AEUG fighting valiantly to oppose them each time. They would using a chemical weapon so hideous that it was banned from use at The Antarctic Treaty. Yet they completely disregard the treaty and used it away. During a massive protest that was held in Side 1's 30 Bunch (the 30th Colony in Side 1's territory) against actions of Titans, but the protest soon turned into chaos, with riots breaking out throughout the colony. After repeated attempts by the Federation Forces to calm the riots failed, the Titans were dispatched to put it to an end. The Titans responded by shutting down the colony's air supply and used poison G3 gas killing the entire population of the colony. And most of the members of Federation Council refused to charge the Titans with any wrongdoing and just let those murderous bastards do whatever they wanted. they were doing countless atrocities to the spacenoids long after the OYW ended and during peacetime. So don't give me that fucking bullshit about the Federation not stooping the same fucking level of atrocities as Zeon, because they were on the same level and then some.

Okay and yet WHICH group still insists on mass genocide again after all these years? Zeon. Which group causes the most tragedy and ruin in the Gundam timelines? Zeon. Which group singlehandedly destroyed any chance of peace in the UC timeline? You guessed it. Zeon. The Federation were willing to parlay but Zeon, instead of being reasonable, BLASTED them and most OF THEIR OWN GROUP out of space because 'lul evil.'

Actually, I think that the perfect Gundam for Luna is the RX-91GP04G Gundam GP04G Gerbera.
After all, Luna IS Celestia's younger sister.  Since Celestia has the RX-91GP03S Gundam GP03S Dendrobium Stamen, it would make perfect sense for Luna to have the next Gundam in the GP series.

And this also means that Nightmare Moon's MS would be the one that the GP04 was remodeled into: the AGX-04 Gerbera Tetra.
(Since Luna and Nightmare Moon are the same pony, their Mobile Suits NEED to be related in same way.)

And as for Cadence...judging by the fact that she (and Shining Armor) practically used the Sekiha Love-Love Tenkyoken(you know, the move that was used to finally destroy the Devil Gundam in the last episode of G Gundam) to defeat Chrysalis...I'm thinking that the God Gundam is the best pick for her.
