That lines--sometimes I just use darker colour and blur tool inside the light shading part
[SAI]If you want more easier way, when you alrdy did the 1st colour shading, look up above layering pane, see "wet edge" option? Set it from None>Fringe
Then you just have to adjust the contrast and size according to your preferences! ^^ Hopes that'll help you ^^
