Description This is my second try with Corel Painter... I found that Corel's blending and color quality are not as good as Photoshop's. So I have to convert everything with Photoshop..

The hair was done when I was in Jakarta. I spent a whole night to work on the rest (skin, eyes, kimono, and fixing the hair a bit) over the night.. (probably about 6 hours or so.. I don't remember) I really need a refreshment over the stressful weeks.. >__> But I guess I still need to practice my digital art... (I am a novice >_<

so here is the question

GUESS!!
Who is this woman? The key is : She is related (blood relationship) to my OCs (you've seen them so many times here)
Send me a note.. the first who got it right will win a request. But remember i dont do fanart.. So maybe you can pick an OC from mine or say specifically what you want (eg. neko boy? dont be harsh to me okay, not hard animals or dragons or hard other things)

Actually this picture is kinda "screen shot" to one of my pictures (Yes this is not full version) I am still thinking to color it either digitally or traditionally..

yup. I think this is my third digital. The first one is up on dA (adult ryuuya), I always post them

awww thank youu!! well I happened to *ask* someone who is good in coloring hair to make a tutorial (~moniusagi ) and later modify her technique a bit I also got my friend to teach me a bit about digital as a starting point and read some tutorial. afterwards I modified them to fit in my style.

i have also read some tutorials, but they were all to tablet users...and im a laptop user
its also sometimes hard for me to understand the english words in the tutorials XDD

I know what you mean, reading from tutorial is not easy sometimes. What you have to do is experimenting. besides each person has different way of coloring so my way might not suit you

hahaha I am really a novice this is my second try with digital, still cannot get used with tablet. I use opencanvas for the lining, but lately I use corel, it's much easier to use than opencanvas
