Nothing like a fairy tale story but what about a tragic ending? It took forever and a day to actually draw the roses in. Surprisingly enough the picture doesn't look like it took a lot of work but it took FOREVER and a day. I'm surprised I finished it in one day.Related content

Absolutly LOVE this piece! It is a true acomplishment and one of my absolute favorite deviations ever. It's more than just the artwork, it's the meaning, the setting, the mood, and tone... And I'll be darned if there isn't some symbolism in there as well. A truly wonderful work! You should be proud of it.

There's almost always some element of symbolism in my artwork. Sometimes it's subtle... or sometimes you'd have to know me personally to get it all. But sometimes it's a sort of vague symbolism open to interpretation by all. ^_^ I'm glad you like the picture!

Awww! *hugs poster* Thank you! I'm really glad that you got the emotion in the image. It took words to do it but I eventually managed to convey it. It's what I get for listening to sad music while working on prince-princess art for a contest. lol.
