i found this while browsing and it really grabbed my attention
i love how you blended multiple creatures into one so effectively and smoothly
the horns are a lovely touch too as is the lions tail as opposed to a horse tail

Thank you so much! It actually took a little bit for me to think up how it was going to work out without it looking terribly stitched together. I'm glad it turned out smoothly!

Though in some circumstances, the hair would act as an insulator and help maintain the internal temperature. Sort of like insulation on a house. It helps keep the heat out in the summer, heat in in the winter.

LOL. I don't think I learned that in the pathetic American public school system. I picked that up from watching one too many Nature Programs on PBS as a kid. And when they stopped showing them there, ANIMAL PLANET and DISCOVERY CHANNEL! <3 National Geographic, too. Read that alot about the animals. LOL. Yay nature!

LOL. Actually, they are used to for riding. They only LOOK intimidating. Might be tough to tame one.. but you should just go buy a pre-tamed sand horse then. ^.^

Thanks. The anatomy, I think, needs a little work. The back forground leg looks awful to me. >:/ I so suck at animals. I need to get better. I AM, though, happy with the face and horns. :> Glad you like them too.

it's not really a licorne. It's a much different mixture as it has camel, too. I think I put in a description up there. It's what I call a 'Sand Horse'. :>
