this is great, i thought it was his work.
The trees on the left look good, and the light in them to, the reflection in the ground is good to and the people look good and natural also. The bench proportions are a little out. I love the use of blue in the backgrounds especially on the ground and behind the trees.
The way the tree on the right interacts with the blue background needs a little work. Seems a bit abrupt. This is possibly because the sky was done after, I am not sure
Overall its really good, will you do more? did you use a pallet knife ?

Thank you so much for such an indepth critique!! I will definitely keep painting to improve my skills =] And sadly, I was not able to maneuver the pallet knife to produce the results that I wanted. I used it for the blue parts of the sky, then switched to brushes for the rest of the painting. I intend on trying pallet knives again in the future though!
