A un amigo le gusta mucho el tema de "Vs Ridley" que aparece en los juegos de Metroid y en el SSBB, y la música me inspiró para hacer este dibujo, de hecho hice parte del dibujo con el tema de fondo. Me esforzé bastante en Ridley porque quería que quedara bien. Aunque la imágen está basada en el Metroid Other M, el lugar en el que pelean es más bien la nave del Metroid Prime.A friend likes the "Vs Ridley" theme pretty much, the music inspired me to draw this, in fact I drew it with the theme playing. I really worked hard on Ridley, because I wanted him to look pretty good. The scene is based on Metroid Other M, but the background is more like the ship in Metroid Prime.

This is beautiful--the splay of colors really capture the intensity of this particular fight against everyone's favorite invincible...monster-dragon thing.
What I like most about this is the mix of different details from different games. Ridley from Other M (awesome appearance in that title), the grapple beam's awesome metallic gauntlet from the Prime 3, and the setting from Prime. Awesome stuff.
