I was listening to Resphigi's Fountains of Rome, at the Trevi fountain part, and I feel it fits the mood/tempo and everything, except the orchestration is not the same so I didn't mention it haha; in Resphigi it was the bass trombone and tuba that got the challenging theme that it was fast and hard to play cleanly, and at the same time it has to be loud, while the rest of the orchestration doesn't really make things any easier as EVERYONE else had obnoxious parts, across the whole register and in every section, so in an attempt to play louder or playing all the notes correctly I'd think the players would be prone to either slowing down, or just not projecting enough in fear of playing wrong notes loudly
