Biography:

Lucio (Lucifer) was originally God’s angel and one of His sons. His contrasting ideals and beliefs with God led to a rebellious nature. This led to him being evicted from his original position and sent to hell to rule over it and punish the souls of wicked people. Lucio confessed that he resigned as the King of Hell even though the decision was illegitimate because there was no consent of God.

After ruling Hell for a period of time, Lucio eventually grew weary of the title and wanted to leave to experience a new environment. Having developed an interest in human life and discovering many unique creatures from other worlds, Lucio eventually left his position as King of Hell live on earth like a human with the aspiration to live amongst the populace and gain a broader understanding of them. While living on earth, Lucio studied the various cultures and lifestyles of the human race, developing a fair understanding within 3 days. He eventually developed a taste in fashion and culinary, taking on a human form and developing a slight Casanova nature in the process.

After a time of living with the humans without being detected for what he really is, Lucio would eventually meet two other paranormal beings that also chose to live in the human world; beings who could see past his human disguise and were secretly investigating paranormal activity and criminal acts. The first one was running a coffee shop and introduced Lucio to the art of making good coffee, and the second being the creature’s large partner. Befriending the two paranormal creatures, Lucio decided to stay with them and assist them in their investigations. To keep the cover, he also worked as a barista in the paranormal's coffee shop. The coffee shop would eventually become Lucio’s new home along with the two beings, as well as a place secretly used as a portal point between dimensions.

Having developed a fondness for the human race, Lucio became very determined to save human life from malevolent creatures who threatened to kill humans or force them into unjust punishment, stating to the rogue beings: "Punishing is my job as The Devil. You have no right to punish anyone".

Personality:

While Lucio is generally gentle and calm towards humans, he gets angry and offended when humans describe him as a goat-headed creature, or claim that evil acts were done in his name. Lucio can also be provoked when someone reacts to his homemade coffee with disgust. While Lucio also always claims that he hates his Father (God) for sending him to Hell, it’s been shown that deep down, Lucio is actually very insecure of himself and actually just longs for attention from his Father, often breaking the rules as a means of attaining it.

Having once been an angel himself, Lucio is also familiar with his other fellow angels, still referring to them as his siblings, even after his banishment. Due to the angels often getting in conflicts both with and around him, Lucio often put on a panicky façade or would fake his own death to escape his family's problems. When confronted and told to return to his old position as King of Hell, he’d always refuse, saying that he’d grown tired of torturing wicked people and hearing their screams, and wanting to live a more meaningful life.

Due to Lucio being a foreigner to the human world who hasn’t grown with the customs of the human race, Lucio is very naïve to the world. He’s been shown to not understand human creations such as television, phones, and the internet. He often has to rely on his fellow paranormal allies to help him through these areas of confusion.

Powers and Abilities:

Angelic Physiology:

    -Supernatural Strength: As a former angel who was of the highest ranks, Lucio is incredibly strong, capable of exerting high amounts of superhuman physical force when he desires.

    -Supernatural Durability: Lucio is able to survive having immense amounts of physical damage inflicted upon him, and suffer little to no injuries or pain in the process. Thus, his body is capable of withstanding numerous normally-fatal injuries such as point-blank gunshots and stabs. Lucio is also resistant to tasering, describing the normally painful sensation as merely being tickled.

    -Supernatural Metabolism: Lucio has been shown to be highly resistant to the effects of alcohol and poison, not being disoriented or tainted by them as easily as a human would.

    -Supernatural Reflexes: Lucio possesses great reflexes. He’s been shown to be able to attack hostilities while repeatedly while blocking and outmaneuvering most of their attacks at the same time.

    -Immortality: As an angel, Lucio cannot be killed, as seen when he was once shot multiple times but remained alive with relatively little expressions of pain. However, he can lose this immortality if all six of his wings were to be removed. Losing these wings would also make him far more susceptible to pain and injuries.

    -Shapeshifting: Lucio is capable of altering his true angelic appearance to whatever form he chooses. He has two notable forms that he has a preference for: The first being his usual human disguise, and the other being his devil form he had as King of Hell. Lucio is also capable of affecting his form in such a way that only some will see him in one form while others will see him as another.

    -Flight: Lucio's wings allow him to fly. He can also use them when travelling between dimensions and worlds.

    - Desire Exhibition: Lucio's true eyes lower the inhibitions of everyone that gazes into them, inducing them to reveal their true nature, their darkest secrets, and desires. This allows Lucio to make Faustian deals with various people in exchange for favors from them. Due to this ability requiring one to gaze upon him, this ability will not work on one who cannot see.

    -Omnilingualism: Lucio has the ability speak any language ever created. However by his own admission this does not extend to reading languages.

Master Hand to Hand Combatant: Despite usually defeating his enemies through manipulation and deceit, Lucio has been shown to be a considerably proficient hand-to-hand combatant. Lucio's style is reflected in his personality; manipulating his opponent's moves and weapons against them and their allies.

Skilled Barista : Lucio has developed a skill in making coffee with his beverages being proven quite a success by the many customers who come.
