I was going to say both of the hands need improvement. You seem to be struggling with hands in a lot of your drawings. >.<;;
Also, the neck placement seems a little off to me.

Her other hand is mostly covered by the hair so i dont really see how you see that it is wrong xD and i think drawing the hand are one of the hardest things and feet as well, but i dont think i drew the other hand that weird, i did place it weird.
And I dont really see what is wrong with the neck placement but thank you very much for the pointers! ^^
I am just gona keep practising in the hopes that one day i can blow peoples minds with my art and ill never give up
