woo, my first full picture since i got back

it took me some time but I believe I like how it turned out. this is one of my favorite characters, Zeldus. I have four elemental dragons of my own and I was going to draw pictures like this of all of them in order - fire, electricity, ice, earth - but I just really wanted to draw a lightning-based picture. so I did this first ^_^
the pose was difficult at first and i was quite confused how/where to shade but overall i like how it turned out

i just wish textures would've worked, but ps and sai just can't get along >.<
