The Elf and the Human, how interesting, reminds me or Aragorn and Arwyn

The major difference here is that, unlike Aragorn and Arwyn, Liam and Freaja are initially on opposing sides of their world's main conflict.
As well, Liam's no king, and Freaja's no princess either. ^_^

True but they still have the whole elf-human relationship, I suppose it's probably closer to Eragon and Arya.

Well, if you've got to split semantics, I more liken Liam and Freaja's core relationship to that of Han Solo and Leia Organa... they're bout so different in outlook, mores and morals and most things where their motivation is concerned, yet they manage to fall in love.
To me, it's not about the races, it's about the people they are at the heart of it all.

Odd but true, after I named the character and started writing him in the story I started a while back, I started hearing Neeson's voice as Liam's own voice... just seems to fit, actually.

Wow, seems like a lot of negative WoW feedback. Chill, people. I'm not a fan of MMOs, but if that's your cup of tea, enjoy... just keep it in moderation. I've seen someone get way too into it and have to repeat a year of school.

Well, not exactly forbidden... granted this is the result of nearly a year's worth or more of adventuring and battling the Burning Legion and other enemies. I mean, you throw two people together for that long, something's bound to happen, right?
Besides, for the story I'm writing it's going to be a nice, gradual build-up before these two get to this point. ^_^

They really should allow for mixed-faction dealings in the game. I understand they want to keep up the "Hai! Lets FIGHT!" attitude, but seriously....

Yeah. At least they have areas where you can kinda/sorta co-exist, but there should be a lil' interaction. I mean, aren't we all supposed to be on the same side in Northrend?

I know that there's a few players I know that would love to bring in their Horde characters over to play in the Alliance side of things, and vice-versa.
As such, shouldn't they make a secondary skill out of LANGUAGE? I mean, according to the Warcraft RPG, a lot of races do speak Common. Would make for dealing with troublesome players -- who only want to PVP or duel rather than leave us poor questers alone -- a lot easier.

For sure. It's so annoying when a Horde (or Alliance - depending) comes over and ganks you in PvP or steals the quest enemy you worked for an hour to get to, and all you can do is gesticulate angrily. Bleh. Or on the flip side when someone of the opposite faction is actually kind enough to help with something, it's ridiculously difficult to coordinate anything. Bleh. BLEH I SAY!

Agreed! Granted there's stuff like Ventrillo or using ICQ or Trillian in the background to work around it, but seriously... they should make it an option if you want to co-ordinate cross-faction deals.
