If any OC won for brightest colors, this would be it. Anyway, this is her Naruto OC, Kayo! My favorite part would have to be her shirt and her arm things. XD But other than that, it's a pretty basic picture. Lack of imagination I suppose. Especially with the background, but I always have that problem.

I love her pose and expression...The wide stance and the hands resting on her hips radiate confidence! I love that smile! ^^ The hair flowing in the wind looks good, too.
