This is my missingno concept originally created for a Gijinka RP group. Though they said no Missingno allowed (which sucks.) Posted the line art at the request of some friends who told me to finish the concept and post it.Related content

Well as of right now, he doesn't know how to talk properly. He speaks in garbled pokemon calls. But after some time RPing (if he gets in) He will start to talk normally. As for personality, he is slightly awkward, he is unliked do to the fact that he glitches up and breaks technological devices. So he is a bit hesitant to be close to people.
