Ahhh I've had this sitting around for months and finally put on the finishing touches this evening. Since a lot of my buddies know I have a love of Neo-Victorian and Steampunk, I decided to draw my headcanons of Cecil and Carlos in a Steampunk setting ha ha~ It was a lot of fun, and who knows I might just make this some weird AU thing lol
