My entry for Megaten:Imagine's Demonization Contest (draw youe demon as a human)I picked Makami cos...I just simply loved him lol XD
His original design was very good. [link] Makami's one of early good healer and mind magic demon,I used him a lot in Nocturne too.
Lots and lotssss of participants (200+ replies!!) My chance is vey low XD lol. But it's an interesting 'n fun contest nonetheless!
The freelance job I took is on pending process right now,I'll be back working on commisshes/trades/requests very soon,thank you everyone :3

how much do you want for this *.* i will pay, i'm not joking...
I've played MegaTen games for so long, and i was on IMAGINE long before it was even in english for me to understand, i knew 'point shoot' that's my 'abilities' thingies, and 'oh look DEMONS!! catch 'em!' XD all you need to know to play a SMT game and enjoy the artwork...
and Makami is my absolute Favorite of all Favorite Demons *.* all you other demons can go to hell for all i care (except Okuninushi... he comes in a solid second X3) but Makami is my number one...
Why?
1. Wolf Demon (notice the avi? i'm a dire wolf, closest in japanese mythos... MAKAMI!)
2. Evolved form of Inugami (Tertiary Favorite... sorry, your a dog and Okuninushi is yumi~)
3. ITS PAPER!! well, similar in its design in game, and paper/ribbons are uber bamf weapons, if you can control them into a weapon YOU ARE GOD!!

... and you just made it sexy >:3 i can't tell if its male/female, and i don't care, demons like to swap gender anyway XD

Wow, I really like this design. It's not like usual gijinka, I think, cause this design looks like it could not necessarily be based on Makami but still has the visible influence.. I guess it's confusing what I'm trying to say. But it means: I like it, a lot!

I had an idea for that contest, but decided not to enter. No time~
Yours is really awesome! That contest had so many good entries, but yours is definitely one of my top faves. (I think yours, Jokers, and Mems are my favorites).
Love the outfit. The flowing robes and scroll look nice together. The colors and movement of the entire picture is very Makami-esque.
As for the pose...it just suits lean-muscle men?
