This is actually my first time hearing of NieR ReplicanT.
Yukiko was 3 years old when their mom Atsuko was still alive, 7 when Sutemi gave his life to save his son Keishou, and is currently 8.

Yeah dw about it NieR is a pretty obscure game in America, but it features a story about a sister and her older brother trying to do everything to take care of her illness.
