Great pose and composition, with excellent face capture. There is a fair amount of burnout, although most of it is acceptable for the style of the photo.
For commercial purposes, most ad agencies would rather do the burning post processing where they can control it. Like blowout, burnout at the camera level cannot be fixed because there is literally no data to work with in those zones.
