Background story behind it:
Only the toughest of the Lizardfolk tribe are trained to become warriors. They sometimes fight to death to achieve their rank and show to the rest they are the best.
Lizardfolks are brutal, cold-blooded and violent creatures, they have no mercy for intruders or just adventurers who happen to break into their frontiers.
Scouts patrol day and night around their city to make sure their people remain safe.
Subtle; they give the fatal blow to the enemies before they even have time to notice them.
Trained in ranged combat with javelins and bows, some of them also master close combat.

Did in my free time between work shifts...
I did the concept art on paper and then modeled it.
3dsmax, Zbrush and photoshop were used,
