Before I critique this, can I ask what's going on and what the red on their cheeks is?

Okay, let's see.
- I really like the style on this one.
- The proportions on the younger sister are great, (and she's absolutely adorable) but the older sister's legs are a smidge too short.
- I thought that the older one's shoulder was huge, but after looking at it for a while, I realized that's her elbow, and her hand is behind her head, so you might want to make that more apparent.
- The girls have cel-shading and the background has gradient shading, but the hair also has gradient shading. The hair seems like it's a part of the background, so it should be cel shaded too.
- I've never seen blushing drawn like that, but I think it works
- It took me a while to notice the older sister's eye was open. Try not to hide it so much. The eye is one of the most details parts with anime. It's one of the reasons the style is appealing to most people.
All-in-all, it's a wonderfully cute pic, and I am going to fav it now.
