yeeeh i wanted to give comics a shot aha |D

Well, full explanation time! Those who are too lazy to go check his history, its p simple. He was always a sickly child so he would stay in bed most of the time; he wouldnt be allowed to go play outside with the other kids. When he attended school (which due to his disease, it wasnt too frequently), his classmates began rumors of him having an 'infections disease', thus explaining why he was always staying at home. Believing that they would get infected themselves, Tomoe was isolated from the others at his school. So yeah, he was always stuck in his bedroom or walking around the school alone; which is why he considers it 'being stuck in a shitty pond'. Welp, soon enough he joined Umi no Gakuen, which totally accepted his sickly self + his lack of attendance beforehand, he felt himself feeling more free. So instead of just being forced to swim in the pond, he was now introduced to the freedom named the ocean (ง ˙o˙)ว

but yeh this was fun to do, tho it took quite a while lolol
