Here's a snippit from my final media project, which i kinda commandeered as an excuse to actually draw things that were ... things i like to draw. so gears! and birds~ and flowers and organic stuff and things that break. systems that become other systems, cycles, the play of empty space, and other things that are delicious but not in my cereal.Pencil drawing

I've been using this as wallpaper for years, my monitor is 1680x1050 now and it looks kind of stretched out... you wouldn't have a higher res version laying around there would you?

Gorgeous picture; the invading and entwining plants around the broken down gears, the girl staring off into the distance, crows flying by... It's almost nostalgic, in a way.

Love the colour palette and the ephemeral feeling this has. The shapes translucently sliding into each other and the blownout light gives this a surreal dreamlike feeling.
