Wheelyheels! I love huge impractical footwear! Actually, originally this little lady's design was one of three that didn't make the cut. But when it came time to start working on everybody, she was on the list! At that time she didn't have a Lord counterpart though, but both of them are probably my favorite ones.Character: designed by me!
