I have this larger sketchbook i never use because it's too nice. I forced myself to draw in it while i was away on holiday and this is all i could manage. I put more detail into her face and in kind of changed my style quite a bit..Related content

Also: I hate expensive/nice sketch books because I never use them, either.. I don't want to mess up and ruin the book..

It looks like a real book, all nicely bound with thick paper! It needs detailed nature studies in it or something. x

I had one like that once, it was leather and hardcover, with fancy fasteners.
I never used it. I have it somewhere in my moving boxes. It was like 40 bucks, and I don't ever want to use it. I'm thinking about making it into a scrapbook instead.
Cheap-o notebooks are great until I draw perfect all the time. (Which will never happen.)
