Why yes it's Winona aka the best Gym Leader ever. (Well okay Gardenia, Clair & Byron too but it can go to different subjects kktks)Draw this because I'm roleplaying as her in PD aaand I need a profile picture so 8D;; The sky was the most interesting to do and it actually only took me around 30 minutes to do! Skill's been really polished well lately and I'm happy with that o/
And yeah, Winona is the best. Bet most of you don't know who she is 8(

Her hair is almost white, that purple is too light, though she is still beautiful, even more without her hat on.
