Oh look another art from me, well someone sure is being productive---- NOT. This one was actually done since the end of January, but I had a hard time doing the background so I ended up procrastinating on it lmao.Well, here's Mira from Dimension W... an anime I'm following this season. *^*)/ I drew her because I like how she's so expressive..... more expressive than a certain boring artist *cough cough*

Very nice drawing! I like how theres dimension in it.
It looks a little dull and grey though... Maybe you should try putting different colors in the shading in stead of just making the basecolor darker.
The face looks a little flat to me. It might be because of the amount of shading you have on the body.
The background is a little boring but it helps to keep the fokus on the character. Maybe you could try bluring out the farest of the background. It might give a little more dimension in the drawing.
Anyways an amazing drawing.

I made the darker colors by adding purple on it so maybe that's why the colors ended up looking grayish instead? I'll try adding other colors next time. *^*
