I really wanted to capture this moment. The title is based off the song by George Strait. Every time I hear that song, it makes me cry and fall in love with my father all over again. That's what this picture is all about.

After getting a huge job promotion at work, to principal of Cherrywood Elementary School, Sakura had no hesitation to fly immediately home to Tokyo from London just to tell her dad, Kurama. He was the first person after her own husband she thought of to tell news to. Right now, it's an unusually warm day in Japan, feeling more like spring than the dead of winter in February.

Upon seeing her, Kurama rushed out to meet her upon a hilltop. It doesn't matter that he's got no shoes or socks on his feet or the grass was still chilly. He was just this excited to see his daughter. All the memories of holding her high come across both their minds. It doesn't matter whether she was 18 months old and barely able to stand as tall as his knees, or that now she's 18 years old and is only a couple inches shorter than him. Picking her up still means the world to him.
