Description 036 - Pinkie Pie Chibi

This is my rendition of Pinkie Pie's gala dress. *JapaneseChan and I wanted to do gala dress cosplays for our convention next year, so yea.

I got a commission for a chibi, and I was like, "I should probably figure out how to draw those." xD so I did a practice first. I don't really think it looks chibi, I don't really get how to do them OTL
